told false dreams - today there is a rash of those who want to make merchandise of you claiming to have had outlandish dreams as opposed to Acts 2:17

they went their way as a flock - follow the crowd, where they "many" are

they were troubled, because there was no shepherd - Ezekial 34:5  And they were scattered, because there is no shepherd: and they became meat to all the beasts of the field, when they were scattered
